Fine Art Giclee Prints

The fastest an order can ship is within 1-2 days.

I am currently shipping prints out of Southern California at ground rate, allowing for faster shipping to the West Coast. Please allow 2-6 business days after shipping for your order to arrive.

As I am individually ordering the prints and shipping them, please allow 1-2 weeks for your print to arrive.

If you are ordering a print as a gift or have a more immediate deadline, send me an email at rosecontrerasart@gmail.com. I will communicate a more exact date of when your order will arrive.

Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping! Orders can only be delivered within the U.S.

Shipping costs are included in cost of painting.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
